How do you measure the maturity of the Scrum process?
There can be several ways to measure the maturity of Scrum process. I used a quarterly survey within the team and Product Owner with specific questions and each question will have a weightage based on the answer given by the team members. Using the category wise cumulative scores I identify which area needs immediate improvement, which areas are doing well and accordingly help the team to create an actionable improvement plan.
