What do you recommend a newly formed Scrum team works on first?
Every new team will go through the 4 stages of Tuckman ladder: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. So my suggestion is to instil “Trust” within the team as soon as possible. Once they develop Trust, it helps them to be transparent with each other and they will be able to grow together as a team.
