How agile is different from traditional way of working?
The traditional way is sequential whereas agile is iterative and incremental. In Traditional we generally push back the changes but in agile we are flexible with changes based on the value. In traditional the teams work in silos but in Agile teams work as single unit with team level accountability. Traditional projects are tracked through milestone based whereas in agile the progress is tracked based on working software (value)
