How can the Scrum Master convince Top management of organization?
I don’t think Scrum Master can convince people. She/he can only make things transparent so that they have information and help them with structures that enable them to make effective decisions.
While doing this, Scrum Masters can use some change management models such as GROW, ADKAR, WONDER.
