Is it a good practice to have Part Time Product Owners?
It is an anti-pattern. Product owner is accountable for the entire product so he/she has many critical responsibilities as product owner. Ideally, it is not advisable to have a product owner on part time basis. It reduces the accountability and also it may slowdown the product development due to the unavailability of the Product owner to the Developers and stakeholders.
