As a Product Owner how do you deal the non-cooperative stakeholders?
I shall use stakeholder management based on two parameters: Power and Interest. So I will be able to identify who are highly powerful and also having vested interest in the Project. I create a plan to engage them continuously throughout with one-on-one meetings, sharing important information, involving them in the critical decision making discussions, taking their opinions and so on. The best possible option to deal with non-cooperative stakeholders is to engage them throughout.
