How do you collaborate with your Developers during the Sprint?
I will be available to my Developers throughout the Sprint to provide any clarifications they may have on the current Sprint items, or to confirm or correct their assumptions or to test and give feedback or accept the items they complete during the Sprint. It can be done by keeping a dedicated timeslot every day for the Developers of after the Sprint planning I can ask them to give a tentative time to test the items based on their high level plan so that I can block my calendar accordingly. I will ensure my Developers are not slowing down because of my unavailability and adjust my other works accordingly.
