As a product owner how do measure the performance of your project/product?
Based on the every Sprint’s “Done” status, I regularly update the Release/Project/Product burn up /burn down and see whether the remaining work can be completed in the remaining time using the best, worst and average velocity. If there is any issue, I shall make necessary scope vs time trade of decisions by collaborating with my Developers and the Stakeholders.
