Can you be a Product owner for more than one Scrum team?
Yes, as long as it’s the same product on which different Scrum teams are working. They share same Product Goal, Product Backlog and Product Owner. However, if there are too many teams like more than 6 then it is good to use any scaling approach such as SAFe, LeSS or Nexus so that the chief product owner and area product owner concepts will help managing the Product effectively
