Acceptance Criteria is related to functionality and Definition of Done is related to the Quality. Acceptance criteria is a set of functional conditions or business rules that the product backlog item should satisfy and meet, to be accepted by the Product owner. They are a set of statements, each with a clear pass/fail result, that specify both functional and non-functional requirements applicable at the current stage of project integration. Anyone can create the acceptance criteria but the Product owner should confirm before estimated and pulled into a Sprint.
