Of course yes, it would significantly impede my work as a Product Owner, as the transparency is required to innovate most effectively within an organization. Innovation is a team based and should happen collaboratively. Such a joined team effort always starts with a shared understanding of product vision and strategy. So I will try to help the management as to why the Vision and Strategy should be made available and take the help of Scrum Master if required to coach the leadership on this.
