Definition of Done (DoD) is a quality criteria which creates shared understanding of what “Done” means for a product backlog item. It is specific to the Product and domain. It is a simple list of activities such as unit testing, automating unit testing, functional testing, zero defects, code review and review feedback is done, integration testing, regression testing and any documentation etc. Scrum team creates the Definition of Done before the Sprint Planning. Sprint Retrospective is a formal opportunity to inspect and strengthen the DoD.
