Do you think that Scrum is adequately handling the product discovery process?
In my opinion Other agile practices such as Lean UX, Lean start up, Design Thinking, that are much better suited for product discovery than Scrum comparatively.
All that Scrum refers to is that the Product Owner is accountable for managing the Product Backlog. But being a framework, Scrum doesn’t elaborate on how the Product Owner gains this insight.
