Product owner vs Product manager?
Management might be a subset of ownership. Scrum focuses more on bottom up thinking with respect to product ownership role.
As a Product owner he/she may delegate some of his/her tasks to development team and focus more on the broader areas like marketing, sales, launch, talking to larger stakeholders etc.
One that focuses on administrative issues — but ownership is larger to include visioning (either exclusive or participant) and true ROI responsibility — not just management of investment, but true accountability for the results.
