Should ScrumMaster be dedicated 100% to a team?
Scrum does not describe how the Scrum Master role with respect to his availability, however if he(she) can do justice 100% to the team it is fine however way this role is played. From my experience Scrum Masters work with their teams dedicatedly, have seen consistently better results.
The highest performing professional sports individuals/teams have dedicated coaches. The coach’s skills are different/unique from players.
