What would you do during your first month if you were hired by our company?
I shall try to meet with the team, Product Owner and other direct key stakeholders to understand their expectations from my end. I will also actively listening and observing the team to see where they can find some immediate improvements. Also, go through the immediate deliverables planned in that month and help team to remove any impediments that are on their way. This will help me to get the team’s buy-in and trust.
