What is the duration of your current Project Sprint?
This is probably the most common question asked in agile interviews. The idea here is to judge in which kind of environment you have worked. There will be definitely follow up question like was this length fixed in the beginning and never changed? Who has decides the duration? What was your role as Scrum Master in Sprint Duration? Have you tried with more than this length or less than that? Etc So be prepared to answer accordingly.
