What is “Scrum of Scrums”?
Scrum of Scrums is a coordination and dependency management meeting when multiple teams work on same Project/Product. Just like Daily Scrum for a single team, Scrum of Scrums happen across multiple teams but the frequency may not be daily. It is a collaboration meeting with the each team representatives come together and discuss dependencies, inter team impediments in Scrum of Scrums. It is also called as “Meta Scrum”. This is not for Scrum masters of the teams, instead the Development Team representatives from each team participate in Scrum of Scrums.
