Product Owners communicate value with any information suitable to enhance the Scrum Team’s understanding. That communication can be:
– Quantitative, such as analytical data describing how a process is utilize
– Financial projections, an increase in conversion rates, acquiring new customers, etc.
– Qualitative, such as transcripts, screencasts, or videos from a user testing session
Preferably, the Scrum Team members already know in advance as they are regularly participating in user research activities and collaborate with me throughout.
