How can your assess yourself to know whether you are a good Product Owner or not?
If I am just doing the Product Backlog management and nothing more than that, I will not be a good Product owner. I will check whether I am focusing on value or volume, outcome or output, able to provide product leadership to the Scrum Team and the stakeholders or not, able to make decisions at right time and so on. I consider some metrics like: Cycle time, Net promoter score. I also check whether my Developers are happy with my contribution as a product owner or not.
