What steps you follow when you get a new request from stakeholders?
I check if the item is in line with the Product Goal. If yes, I shall discuss with the stakeholder and understand need behind the requirement, I shall propose if there is a better way to meet that need instead of the requirement that stakeholder is looking for. If the requirement is suitable to meet the need, then I shall understand the value, importance, urgency of the requirement and create a new product backlog item in the product backlog and accordingly prioritise it.
