When majority of the product backlog items have “Must” and “Should” priority. How will you prioritize within these items?
I can check what can be the MVP with a minimum set of “Musts” or I can also use the WSJF – Weighted Shortest Job First. WSJF = Cost Of Delay / Job Size.
