What technique you have used to create a Product Roadmap?
The simplest way is Now, Near and Future and define a timeline for some timelines for Now (may be 3 months), Near (May be 6 months) and future (may ne after 6 months). Items can be planned accordingly. There is one more I have used “Goal oriented product roadmap” created by Roman Pichelar.
