Why should you prioritize the product backlog?
In order to maximize the value of the Product, the Product backlog must be prioritized based on high value items on the top, low cost items and high risk items also will be on the top. 20% of the features will contribute to the 80% of the overall value of the product. So keeping a prioritized product backlog helps me to achieve this.
